Fees by carrier is gone if customer change carrier while they are checking out

Hello everyone,

 

I'm having a hard time to set up shipping on my online store.

 

I set fee as $3.50 for Fedex shipping since the Fedex module doesn't include pickup charges when it calculates shipping cost.

What I found is that if a customer change shipping method from Fedex Ground, which I set as default shipping method, to any other shipping methods, such as UPS, USPS, this fee is gone, I mean the fee is disappeared.

Even if I change the shipping methods back to Fedex Ground, the fee won't be shown in the total any more.

I also sets different fees for different shipping methods, for example, $6.00 for UPS Ground, but it's not included in total.

 

I'm using currently PrestaShop™ 1.4.8.2.

 

I'd really appreciate if anyone have solution on this matter.
