[Solved] My Prestashop blocked me

Hi, my website with Prestashop, block me (IP)

 

thought he had fallen the server or it was my computer

but I tried it with my phone with the same connection and does not work

 

I've connected my phone and 3G works perfectly

Also from anonymouse.org

 

and from any other connection

 

 

Only I was editing my website and leave loading

 

 

I can enter the ftp server

 

 

some solution?

Not your website but your host provider probably blocks you. Please contact with them.

You have reason, is my cpanel, i create a backup and delete all files and succes the same, then i delete and create new cpanel account to resolve this
