[SOLVED] Cant find place where to put contact form subject's

Can anyone help me poit the place where in admin mode I can but subjects for contact form?

PROBLEM:

I couldn’t find in contact site subject line on drop list menu. Without subject the system not allowing send message and showing error message that I have to choose subject.

 

SOLUTION:

You have to open Employees and Contacts. Every new contact what you inputting don’t forget fill all fields. Description field is optional.
