show custom table listing in admin panel

Hi,

 

I had table as ps_contact_list in which i had dummy data from contact form.

 

Now, I want to list that data in Admin Panel, so which is the best way to show data in admin panel.

 

I want to show listing same like employee and product listing.

 

Plz can somebody give flow to create this functionality for Admin.
