Which field of which table's DB is for "express guest checkout" ?

I believe that's i've problems when i try to activate express checkout for guest users..you can buy without register... it doesn't work. So i wish know which field of which table's database can look if this option is set to true or false.

Ok...i found it: you must look on ps_configuration, field "name"

 

But..my problem remain, i can't activate..is set to 1, but it doesn't work
