Guest
Hi Firstly, when you try to import are you ensuring you have ; as a separator as in this file You cannot import images in that way, they have to be in the upload folder (in the root of your store, so www.mystore.com/upload or if you have installed presta in a sub foler www/mystore.com/presta/upload Where are you getting the ID from? I think it may have to be an integer Categories: You need the category ID number, not the name of the category Weight should be numerical only (the units are set in the back office
mlsto
Thank you very much haylau, Appreciate the help very much, yes I have ; as a separator. I will change the image to the upload folder. I am using the product id from the manufacturer unless I have to put the id as 1, 2, 3, 3 etc. Did not know I needed the category number, will change that and the weights. Thanks again will try again.

Guest
The ID number is the presta shop database number of the product. Just a thought - what version of prestashop are you using? I was talking about 1.4: are you 1.5?
