Can you please tell me how to edit the ‘’read’’ on this page

I have editted my delivery and terms and conditions therefore making the page unavailable.
I want to know how to change the link so I can put my new link

Please tell me where to find the page so I can put in the right link.
I have asked on the forum but no answer.

Also I would like to know how to make my friendly url work

From Back Office, click on Modules tab, click on Position link, then adjust the position of Tags block v... by clicking the up arrow icon or down arrow icon regarding to this block item.

Thank you alot, now I fixed that but it has my item number before the friendlyurl is that normal?
And any ideas on how to change the link content on 'read' at my shipping?
