masbovi Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Hi, I made a default installation of ps 1.5.0.17, I choosed to insert examples articles and after installation, in preferences I selected the OnePage Checkout. I tried to make a new order, inserted an article in cart, clicked check-out and I'm on the OnePage checkout; I created a new account without problems, but after that I have the carrier already selected and a message on the payment box that ask me to choose the carrier. I try to click on the radio button of carrier but nothing change; so the order cannot be completed because I cannot see the payments metods!! This id the standard shop with standard theme and articles, nothing was changed. How can be possible? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
