prestashop 1.5 custom module problem

Hello, i create a module for prestashop 1.5, my module is to show th site name and the slogan, and can be configured in the backoffice,

the module appears in the home page,

but whene changing to other pages it disappears : exemple :

 

ps : in the source code it's always there, but it does not show in the pages.

found the solution, the problem was in <H1> tags, i just replace it with other tags and it worked.
