futureyoon Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 (edited) In the current configuration of 'Loyalty Points' conversion, For example, (as of now) at any time, at any amount of points, customer can convert entire points to the voucher at once. Does anyone know how to change the settings as in the customer can convert the points in 30usd unit. For example, (to be) the customer has 36points (which is equivalent to 36USD), customer can only convert 30USD out of 36USD and 6dollars remain in the account waiting for another 24dollars to hit 30points. if the customer happens to keep the 70points, then customer can convert 2 vouchers of 30usd, and 10dollars remain in the account. (70 - (30+30)) =10 if the points is less than 30, customer would need to wait till collecting 30points to convert. By doing this, customer will not be able to clear all points to the voucher, and it will attract them to come back for the points. I was looking at 'loyalty-program.php' but... not sure how to get this done... please help!!! Thank you.
