Dustball
Hi All, I was greeted with Bad SubDomain SQL query after my update to V1.5. I had done a backup to find that its not as easy as it seems to go back to a previous version of prestashop. I have been in contact with my hosting provider for the past day, trying to sort it out, rebuilding databases, finding files that have gone missing etc. I'm checking each and every file on my 2 backups, and on the server to actually see whats missing, what's changed, and what may need to go. As you can imagine no traffic on my site yesterday or today. Any thoughts would be a great help. Cheers
racemaniac
I've restored backup from server version 1.4.8.3. Shop worked again. Upgraded to 1.5.0.17 an got the same problem agian. I think something is going wrong with the (automatic) upgrade done by Installatron Did an update to version 1.4.9 and is seems to work ok. Perhaps this will help finding the problem ?? Trip
Hi Kill Ugly and the rest. Test your upgrade on a local copy/installation before you do it on a live server. Espacially with the modules tab I often just had to reload the page a couple of times.(Hit F5). Than reset the top menu module and in the past the reinsurrance block was problematic. You should reset/reinstall the modules that are problematic. Maybe look in the apache error logs to find possible incompatibilites. Best regards, trip
