eBay Module - cannot configure it

I want to register eBay Module and cannot configure it.

After I fill in user eBay id and click register module on eBay, appears eBay window with authentication form

I finished authorization process from ebay and got message below:

Thank You

Authorization successfully completed.

It's now safe to close the browser window/tab.

 

But my module is not configured.

 

Please advise.

Hi, not sure I can help, but there are at least 3 ebay modules. Which one are you working with (where did you get it) and which country ebay?

I have the same problem with Prestashop 1.5 and Ebay 1.3.6

Hello, this can come from different reasons :

 

You may have to set your folder /modules/ebay/ajax with permissions 755,

 

Or maybe you haven't entered the same user in the configuration form of PrestaShop and the login form of eBay.
