about order in PS 1.4.7.0

Hi ...

 

Sitting and testing my PS and have filled in the address, and to proceed to the shipping and delivery method.

I Fill in all that i need to fill in, and then press next ...

 

Then I just get a blank page.

 

can´t not select payment method.

 

Hope someone can help me.
