voigt.jeremy
A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-09-12T04:27:55Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Please forgive the new post on a topic that has a few posts, but no solution has been presented and I'm wondering if the age of the other posts has something to do with that. I've been getting this error ever since I launched Prestashop. My co-founder and I have each been able to make purchases using the Paypal module without any errors, but no customer has been able to make a purchase since the launch of the new cart. I am starting to get concerned after a week, about losing customers. Any help is sincerely appreciated. Thank you, Jeremy

voigt.jeremy
PrestaShop™ 1.4.8.3 Do you mean solve it or find it in the forums? I'm not sure how to solve such an intermitant problem that I cannot replicate myself....
itcwebman
I know there have been issues with 1.4.9.0. The first question that comes up in my mind is what are you doing different to your customers? I think it's my signature you're referring to! voigt.jeremy
I see...that is your signature. Sorry. Can you clarify your question? What am I doing different to my customers? They have the same process to register and checkout that I have tested.
itcwebman
Sorry that's not too clear. I just thought it a bit strange that you could pay and they couldn't
voigt.jeremy
Me too. The fact that I cannot replicate the problem (the cart works fine for me) is making this all the more difficult to solve.
itcwebman
I'd offer to try for you but I'm on limited internet here at work, so that makes it a bit of a pain
