Hoodgrown
I'm trying to add javascript to a page using the CMS but it's not working is there a way to create the page using the CMS and then edit that page directly in an editor? If so, where would the CMS created pages be located? Masino Sinaga
Hi,I am currently using version 1.2 Alpha. ;-)At the moment, I am translating the language to my own language, and I found this on "prestashop - editorial" section: Invalid html field, javascript is forbidden I think you cannot add javascript to CMS since it was saved in "ps_cms" and "ps_cms_lang" tables in database, and not in files. The best way that you can do is to make your own module. CMIIW. Thanks.
Hoodgrown
Thanks... i'm more graphic designer than programmer so making my own module is probably out of the questions.. lol.
cerberus22
Hi Hoodgrown, the cms created pages are stored in the database, (they are not like standard tpl, php pages)I was having problems inserting a google map into the cms pages (it just would not save it, this was before the google map module came out) but I found a way around it, maybe this will help you, someware on this forum is a cms page creator called Pico CMS v0.2 this creates normal tpl, php pages which you can download and edit (they will not show on your sitemap and you will have to create or add the links to the pages yourself)I am using prestashop v1.1hope this helps, (remember to backup first)cerberus22found the link, here it is : http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/7127/modules/pico_cms_100_prestashop_1_dot_0_please_test
