ukbaz
Hi - have just attempted one click upgrade from 1.4.8.2 to 1.4.9 - It has totally screwed up! I now cannot access either front or back-end of test directory It was being installed in. On accessing server large number of directories are missing and whole installation is now useless! Currently processing box on 1-click upgrade page reads unable to extract /var/www/vhosts/thermometer.co.uk/httpdocs/testpshop/admin999/autoupgrade/backup/auto-backupfiles_V1.4.8.2_20120911-124006-5ac9f3c.zip into /var/www/vhosts/thermometer.co.uk/httpdocs/testpshop . Errors box reads: Errors error for copying /404.php error when trying to upgrade /404.php zip->extractTo() : unable to use /var/www/vhosts/thermometer.co.uk/httpdocs/testpshop as extract destination. Restore does not work either - can anyone at Prestashop respond to this urgently!
rseigel
Naturally you made a complete backup of all files and the database right???
ukbaz
Actually I made 2 - I know how these upgrades go! Now restored and updated via the old method - but found another issue - all prices on products with combinations (i.e colour etc.) that should be the same price have magically had large price increases owing to a seemingly random amount being added to the the price impact box! Haven't a clue how this happened!
