Clinton12
Hi All, I have a frustrating problem, after upgrading to 1.4.8.3 everything seems fine but when you view my website using IE9 all appears fine on the homepage but as soon as you leave this to view products both left and right columns vanish along with the cart which makes the site useless. I am thinking if I have a module that maybe causing this issue? Any help at all would be very much appreciated my site is www.gosk8.ie Thanks in advance for any help

Strange are you using IE9? When I check it using IE9 the left and right panels vanish when viewing products, I find the same problem when viewing site using a mobile device. But as I say the site works perfect in IE 8 Thanks
MEG Venture
I see now. It looks like that's because of the Facebook module on the right column. Please try to disable it and check once more.

MEG Venture
Nope! Didn't work. It was just a guess, though. You'd better enable error messages from config.inc.php, then we can understand which module causes that error.

MEG Venture
It also displays errors in the front office but in your case, it didn't. Only one solution left... You need to disable all active modules and start to enable one by one with a cross-check on the product page, sorry
