guest*
I'm using on 3 shops the free module "Tab Facebook Comment". On my latest Presta project I've added yesterday a new FB site and just for this site the module is giving me the following errors: Critical Errors That Must Be Fixed Falscher Rückgabewert: URL returned a bad HTTP response code. Errors That Must Be Fixed Missing Required Property: The 'og:url' property is required, but not present. I have the Tab on producut site, can comment, but have a warning on each product. By klicking this I come to the debugger site of FB and have the a.m. errors. How can I fix ? I don't understand why these errors, because all sites are working well, hosted on the same server, with same modules, all the same as the other working sites. I've checked .htaccess if there is anything blocking FB. This .htaccess is equal to the others, which are working. the only difference is: I added on FB instead of a product or brand a company-site. But I don't think that this could be generate these errors. Can somebody please help me on this, or have an idea where to search for the error ? Give URL's to your shop, I check parameters for comments - maybe I can help (or someone other) regards

Burhan BVK
If your site is only accessible from certain locations it is likely that facebook servers can not access your site. That is why you get this error.
guest*
@whitelighter, sorry, but I'm not a nooby in e-commerce. Certainly I provided, that all FB IP's are on the whitelist. As I told before, it's only one of my projects having this problem. The others are working well with all the same settings (also geotargeting) @vekia - You have a PM, Poland is on whiteliste. I've all checked, also canonical-module and the adapted header.tpl (metas), but cannot find any difference between this not working URL and the others. guest*
ADD @vekia - I think there must be something wrong with the FB site. I tried to install also the module FB promote I've bought for another URL and also this one is not working on the URL, but working on the other one. Should I contact Facebook, delete the site and make a new one ? I don't think that the problem is coming from my shop.

guest*
Yes and the erros you can read in post #1 by using "scraped URL": Document returned no data. I don't understand why this.On two other domains no problems. Same server, same settings/configuration all 3 projects the same. Only this one making problems. Also same PS Version for all 3 shops. Dh42
I thought that might be an error the module was outputting. Can you pm a link to a product that is having the problems, I want to see what the og:url is
guest*
Ha I got it. Thxs to all. It seems that the module geotargeting has an issue. I deactivated it and tried. No errors. I activated it - again error. Than I simply made there some changes on visibility and non-visibility (not on countries). Error again, BUT after setting the initial settings, suddenly no errors. Is it possible that this feature can have a "hangover" on old settings ? In the meantime I've cleared smarty several times and the errors did not disappear. So it's not a smarty problem but a DB-setting problem ? Is the feature writing into DB or on a XML-File ? To be sure that it is not a smarty problem I cleared it again and errors aren't available anymore. What a tricky error... I was working on this error now 3 days. Nevertheless thxs. to all willing to help.

Can you pm a link to a product that is having the problems, I want to see what the og:url is Yes I was thinking the same as you, that's why I tried my chance by disabling geotargeting. This was the problem. It seems that the settings hanged over in DB or some script, ignoring my preferences.
