soohan Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 I faced this problem suddenly. I am able to send message to customer from customer's order before. I face problem when I choose YES to display to the consumer and tried to send a message. It gives me this error message: An error occurred while sending e-mail to customer. rjackson Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 (edited) Hello soohan, I solved this problem by filling all empty fields in order_merchant_comment.html email template. Go to Tools > Translations then choose E-mail template translations from the drop-down menu, under Modify translations and click your language. Find order_merchant_comment.html (it is in core e-mails) and fill empty fields, if any (Subject for, title tag). This solved the problem for me (PrestaShop 1.4.9.0). Hope this helps.
