HOW TO SET UP SHIPPING MODULE AND HELP WITH SHIPPING

hi all

I'm new to this and need help i have tried to follow the instructions on how to set up the shipping tab but it still says

There are no carriers available that deliver to this address.

 

and i have tried everything i have set 3 different shipping's up and non are showing up dose anyone know how to set the shipping up correctly i would like it so i can have recorded post 1st and 2nd and free post and 1 post for oversea only

 

please can you help or do you know where i can read or watch a tutorials videos on it
