shokinro
At the module configure screen, should be able to choose the categories the apply for Loyalty Points. Try to click the check box to tick it on and then click save. it should work. I just tried on 1.4.9, it seems working fine.
pickwizard
the modual config allows Vouchers created by the loyalty system to be used in the following categories : it looks as if the loyality is across the board and this is only to state where you can use them

pickwizard
Thanks for the reply i think my database is at fault, im not sure i have all the boxes checked and that allows customers to use the vouchers in those sections. my problem is the vouchers are only active in new products and not my original (before i installed the voucher modual) i just get " No reward points for this product." ive just installed the modual and reinstalled it and now some products do have the vouchers some dont??????? mrudisch
If the product you have already installed is listed for a lower rice then what they will earn a point. i.e. item for sale is 4.99 you get 1 point for every 10.00 it will say you get no points. It should add up on the check out however. take a look py placing a few items into a cart and go to the check out and see if it adds up. Hope that helps.
