Shipping from Different Locations

I'm hoping that this has been covered somewhere else but as i cannot find what i am looking for thought it best to ask here.

 

I am building an online store shipping some products from Holland and others from the UK.

Examples as follows

Product A ship from NL with Post NL (EUR10.00 shipping) to the UK

Product B ship from UK with Royal Mail (EUR6.00 shipping) to the European Union.

 

I want to be able to split the shipping costs according to the carrier, product and shipping destination, whether it be Royal Mail or Post NL and show the final calculated amount in the cart so the customer pays the correct rate based on where they are located.

 

Is there an Add on available to do this or can it be configured from the Free software?
