need to reinstall the program

Hi, I tried to install the prestashop program, but I had a problem with my domain name. The support officer from my hosting service installed it for me and now I can see my website, but I can't change it and I don't know what did he entered during the installation. Is that possible to uninstall the program and then to install it again, or is there other way to login to my backoffice to change the website template. I also created the database, but I am not sure if it is connected to the website, as I didn't do the installation myself. There must be a way to update settings after the installation.
