Changing logic of "Layered Navigation Block" to "OR" from existing "AND"

"Layered Navigation Block" module of Prestashop uses "AND" logic and not "OR".

 

How to change the logic of "Layered Navigation Block" module to "OR" from existing "AND"? I am open for hack if its not too complicated.

I don't think there is a quick hack for that, maybe someone already did it and can share, but otherwise I don't know if you'll get an answer (as it's quite a complex module)

 

You can check out our Ajax Filter module, it has 3 different filter methods

 

1) Relaxed (uses OR)

2) Strict (uses AND between different filter groups)

3) Very Strict (uses AND between different filter group and options)
