kirk.hamnett Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Hi, I am trying out the Prestashop 1.5.0.15 version. I am trying the RMA features and have a question. When I return products from the front office, and accept the return from the back office, I get a credit slip. But the store credit isn't applied automatically on my next purchase and I can't even see an option of using it. Can anyone tell me how to use the credit please?
