Dh42
You have a smarty error on your site. Go to your config folder, and look for the file called config.inc.php open that file and set smarty errors to on
philippe123
How do I do that?
Dh42
You have to log into your ftp, and download that file and edit it. Alternatively, you might be able to disable your slider. That seems like it could be causing the problem.
philippe123
Is it this code: define('SMARTY_DEBUG_CONSOLE', false); Do I change to: define('SMARTY_DEBUG_CONSOLE', true);

philippe123
This is what one.com said: "It seems like the check mail directory script is trying to access a folder that does not exist. You need to check this script: /modules/ekomi/ekomi.php The script is trying to access a directory that does not exist, it is against the server restriction called openbase_dir implemented in our server therefore it is not possible for it to work. Try to check with Prestashop forums on how to fix the script." How do I fix this. (Now the store has no prices....)
