Warehouse Location based on Currency

I am in the process of setting up an online store for my company. We have warehousing in Ontario, Canada and also in the Netherlands. Our online ordering system will initially be only for our dealers. Our Canadian and US dealers order and ship from our Canadian location and our European dealers order and ship from our Netherlands warehouse. Is there a way I can modify Prestashop so that the shipping location would be based on the currency the customer is using? CAD and USD would be from Canada while EURO would be from the Netherlands? I don't want European customers to be able to shop in CAD or USD and vice-versa, and I need to be able to get shipping quotes based on where the item would actually be shipping from.
