Wedding/gift list module

Hi,

 

I need a module or someone with knowledge to change the way prestashop handles wedding/gift lists.

 

I need two things :

1) prior to creating a new wedding list a popup/layer should appear with a terms of use so the user can only move on if he/she first accepts the terms

2) when placing the order I (the one that is buying items from a list) should be able to choose to deliver at the list owner's address

 

Is there any module that does that or anyone interested in developing such a mod to prestashop 1.4?
