Nisse Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 Hope you can help me with my problems: I got a email from a customer could not order that was from Finland, as he has chosen shipping method, there are no payment options. 've Looked around on the admin page and think it looks like everything to be right. all countries are ticked on the payment page. have i missed somewhere? 2, When to enter their address as a new customer there are many countrys in the list, how do I remove so that only few countries are listed? I have disabled them in the shipping / Countries but they are still there in the list. 3. in the list, there is also Sweden, two times. Sweden on one, you have to type in "Identification number DNI / NIF / NIE *" How to remove those so it just is 1 Sweden? Thanks in advance! It have to be a another settings to disable all countries. And the 1 problem, i can´t see any payment options when i try to order from a foreign address. But a strange thing is that if I choose a product then it pops up payment. but do I add the other one it disappear. Find no settings in the product of any restriction. what is wrong?
