comprausa Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 My statistics graphs works fine when accessed from the original BO administrator user (Employee Index #1). But when a secondary administrator logs in BO the statistics' graphs do not refresh after changing calendar range. This occurs in any of the statistic modules, Sales, Visitors etc. Lets say for example in the Sales and Orders stats. 1. Clic on "Day" the total for sales displays correct amount and correct graph for "Day" 2. Clic on "Month" the total for sales displays correct amount but Same graph as "Day" 3. Clic on "Year" the total for sales displays correct amount but Same graph as "Day" I tried different browsers, clearing cache, and still the same. Any ideas?
