federico8
Hi everyone, I cant' figure out why Prestashop Stats (the ones installed by default) display values that are twice higher than Analytics' ones. How this could be? Thank you in advance

federico8
Some days I have around 200 visitors at 4 a.m. and this is logically not possible. Nobody knows how to fix this issue?
vekia
maybe prestashop stats included bots visits on your site. Check vistors ip adresses in whois tool
federico8
Hi vekia thanks for your answer, you're right: I've checked some recurrent IPs and I found that they are bots. So now how can I exclude them from the stats count?
vekia
There is nothing to do in PrestaShop back office. You can block these ip addresses in unix system iptables or .htaccess, but then crawlers will not be able to visit your site and can't index it in search engines
