if i want to remove languages and coruncy at the top of site which file i have to edit it?

Just turn the modules off in backoffice

To give a more detailed explanation:

Go to: (Click on the Modules tab)
Back Office > Modules

Scroll down to Blocks.
Then uninstall Currency Block v0.1 and Language Block v0.1 by just clicking the "Uninstall" button.

Also, remember to select the correct default currency for your store at:

(Click on the Payment tab and then select "Currencies")
Back Office > Payment > Currencies

You can then set your default currency.

And to select the correct default currency for your store, go to:

(Click on the Tools tab and then select "Languages")
Back Office > Tools > Languages

You can then select your default language.
