Upgrade failed due to Java Error

Hi

 

Followed your instructions to the word, then got this error message (see image) that prevented me from upgrading - any ideas please?

 

As a plan B, I there a way of manually upgrading and if so could you point me to some instructions?

 

Would love to resolve this one click upgrade though. The one thing that is certain with PS is that over time it will continually require upgrading, this to me is one of the most important features to get right.

go to the developer's guide in the resources menu above, and navigate to the upgrade section. If things get too complex and you require professional services, send me a PM and we can discuss in more detail.

Had a look, and I can't find the 'Upgrade section' you refer to.

I received the same error when trying to upgrade to 1.6.1.4. using 1clickupgrade. Can you please advise what to do?
