But now when we test the site all the emails are still being sent in the default language (English) We've double checked that these emails have been translated correctly so we are very worried as we cant work out what has gone wrong. My client wants the site to go live asap but this is causing a major problem. Can anyone help please? Norwegian Rat Posted September 2, 2012 Share Posted September 2, 2012 Maybe a dumb question, but have you enabled the language you have translated the e-mail files in to your store?
