Since upgrade to 1.4.9.0 Customers telephone number not appearing on order

the address that appears on the invoice uses the address format for the country. i'm not sure what version you upgraded from, but the address format was introduced in an earlier version of v1.4

 

You need to review the address format for your countries in the back office, to confirm if the phone number is included. If not, you need to decide if you want to add it.

Please note that sometimes customers will only add their mobile phone, which per default does not show in the order details / invoice either. You'll also need to add that manually to all countries.

 

It took me weeks to figure out what the issue was and why the heck on some orders only there was no phone number.
