Need FedEx Carrier module discount percentage settings

Has modded the module or know where to ask them to add a feature for discount percentages for each shipping method.

 

Here is a situation where it is needed. I don't ship any product, my dropshipper does. They have a lot bigger discounts on their Fedex account then on mine, So not being able to use their webservices account info I use mine. But I get much higher price for shipping in the cart than it is actually going to cost me to send to the client. I want to increase sales with the lower shipping price. Anyone know a solution.

 

For example a 5lb item would show up in cart as $61 to ship FedEx overnight, but in reality only costs $35 when I go to order at dropshipper's site.
