new order email shows me {products} ??

Hey all,
Brandnew to Prestashop but i like it!

problem 1:
when i recieve an e-mail ( new order) when a client ordered anything on my shop, i can see his name and address, deliveryaddress,..
the only thing i don't see is what the client ordered.
it shows up like {products} instead of the name of the product.
The total amount is working fine.

so, how do i get the {products} be changed in the real productnames?

problem 2:
the 'products out of stock"mail that are sent to the client:
the start with: Halle {firstname}{lastname}
about order {id_order} ...
same problem here, what did i do wrong?
can anyone help me?

I got the same problem - email notification sent to the shop contains {products} instead of the actual product(s) detial(s). But the customer gets it OK, with all the product detials...

Hey,

You hace to copy the neworder-mail from the english language to the language yoy want and then translate it!
so find: modules\mailalerts\mails\en\new-order.html.
copy this file, and paste it in the language folder you need.
Then translate anything from english to your language.

Thanks for the tip. Although I had the translated file new-order.html in my language folder, there was some problem with it. So I copied the english one, translated it myself and now it works.

I don't have those files calles new-order.html and new-order.txt in any language of my prestashop store ... where I can find them?
