SEO not working

Hello all,

 

I have some troubles getting SEO working. All the settigs seem te be correct (see below). But when checking the front-end, the links are not working (404 not found) and even some images are not loaded:

Did I forget some settings?

generated htaccess in backend (chmodded to 777)
