MooTools Drag.Cart

How do I go about implementing MooTools Drag.Cart (here's MooTools demo http://mootools.net/...?demo=Drag.Cart ) for allowing a customer to pick and choose items to make a custom package.

 

For instance, I would like to list 15 possible items and allow them to pick three or 12 items to create a custom box of chocolates.
