shokinro
I remember this error is happening when try using PrestaShop shipping address to overwrite shipping address at Paypal account. I guess the Paypal module you are using is set "address_override" to 1. In order to fix this issue, you will need to change it to "0" I always set this to "0" in my Agile paypal Express Checkout module. You can have a look at this thread if you are interested. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/77195-module-agile-paypal-prestashop-paypal-express Edited August 31, 2012 by shokinro (see edit history)
Dh42
I have used this module, I would recommend. The current paypal modules are under going changes and their stability is questionable.

Eric Nguyen
A workaround for a totally different problem actually solve this problem for me: try leaving password field blank under "Settings" tab in PayPal module ref: http://xbfish.com/2011/04/09/prestashop-1-4-connect-failed-with-fsockopen-method/
