Validation order without validation

Hello,

 

I have an order issue on prestashop 1.4.8.2 with the one page checkout system.

 

Carrier are listed according to the current customer country.

The carrier are available according the product weight.

For example: If 2 products in the cart the default carrier is available but not if more than 2.

 

The system work in the cart/checkout page but if I got a state with no carrier available and enter directly the follow url the order can be confirmer without carrier attribution.

Normally the system should be blocked the order on the server side cause he doesn't have a carrier attributed to this order.

 

I have planned to update the system to the last released. Is this issue fixed in the 1.4.9 ?
