Removing "sign in to see payment" and "checkout as guest"

Ok people,

 

I´m nearly done with my shop and I am struggling with the last part, the checkout.

 

I want the customer to see all the forms and option when he/she presses checkout.

 

Now the customer must sign in to see the payment methods and must choose between "checkout as guest" or "create an account" to fill in the information forms.

 

 

This is how it looks now when first entering

 

 

And this is what I want

 

Basically I just want the customer to be able to see all the payments and see all the forms he/she directly after pressing checkout.
