Sarak
I don't know how or why but at some point in the last hour, my site has decided to stop showing the store logo. I've never had a problem with it but now all I see on the website is either the link to the homepage (in FireFox - I assume the same in Chrome) or a broken image red cross (in IE). I checked the page source for the logo in back office and it tells me I have uploaded "logo.jpg", which is what I want and I've checked that it is uploaded in the correct directory in File Manager. Everything looks fine in back office. But on the actual website, I'm told I'm using "logo.gif". I don't even have "logo.gif" uploaded in my directory. I've checked the header.tpl and it's the same as it's always been. For some reason, front office is being told to use a file that doesn't exist. This isn't changing no matter how many times I try to upload the logo, clear history, force compile or genterate htaccess file. Any suggestions? I'm using version 1.4.8.2. http://www.dilevafashion.com Edited August 29, 2012 by Sarak (see edit history)
safa
default prestashop themes use jpg logo. but i think your theme use gif format. you can manuel upload via ftp /img logo.gif. or you can chance your theme code open this file /themes/yourtheme/header.tpl and replace logo.gif to logo.jpg -regards
