Installing problems: admin folder & shipping costs

Hi,

I have uploaded Presto rescently, set some products and categories up - looks good. But now I'm haviong difficulties. In the presets tab it says the system cannot load a file from "/admin/autoupgrade" - right, because I was forced to rename that folder. Now it can't find some files. What now?

 

Next:

I have setup 2 delivery options: pickup and DHL. But there's is no place to setup delivery costs for different countries like India, South Africa, Russia etc. I can see the countries, but where do I define the costs for each?

 

And finally - as I said - I have added categories and products but the shop shows only my logo and the paypal-sign. What's wrong? Do I have to activate the shop somewhere?
