Greek Geek Goddess
I'm sure someone else has had this issue, but I can't seeem to find the answer. Actually I have two problems. First major issue is pricing. If you click a category it shows products with the wrong price ($255.00). But if you click the product the correct price ($30.00) shows up. When you add it to the cart the correct price shows up, but I need to correct the issue on the category page. There are many other items I have that work just fine. I haven't done any updates or changed anything and I tested it on another computer to make sure it wasn't just me. The second issue is my apostrophe's are adding a \ before the apostrophe. (see prices1) So it looks like this: Don\'t have a membership? I verified that the backslash isn't in the description. Prestashop version: 1.4.7.0 using custom theme. Greek Geek Goddess
Found the answer to the first problem! http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/104576-wrong-price-in-the-product-list-category-listing-and-homefeatured-but-ok-on-the-product-page/ For those that aren't as technical, add a combination to the product, then delete all combinations. This resets it and the correct price displays. Still lost on the apostrophe and backslash mystery....
NOSaint
Thanks, this was helpful :-) Though I wish I could perform the SQL fix, seems faster :/
navid68
HI KW, How can you perform an SQL fix? I add products via CSV import. Often I have problems with combinations and delete them manually, one by one: such a waste of time! How can you cancell combinations and/or products direct from SQL? Do you know any module for that? THanks Navid
