Contact Form stopped sending copy of message back to customers

When the customer fills out the contact form for customer service they are supposed to get this kind of message back via email:

 

 

Your message has been sent successfully.

 

Message: foobar foobar

 

We will answer as soon as possible.

 

 

I tested the contact form using a personal email account and it worked fine.

I got a confirmation message as per above.

 

However, 10 mins later (and ever since), I no longer get the confirmation message.

The contact form itself sends the message to the store owner account, so that is NOT

the issue.

 

This is wierd.
