trying to add a flash based page

hi there

 

new to the shop, 2 days in

 

trying to make a page for the footprint of dishes needed for sat tv for my shop

 

i made a page in cats called sat uk foot print

 

then im guessing do i add the code in the box? as does say if it supports html ect
