Access prestashop admin panel

Does anyone know what to do if one cannot access the admin panel for prestashop? I get an answer of: We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available. But this address is

: http://www.maassdop.net/psadmin

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi jaco,

 

Try this, using FTP, check that your admin folder is in fact 'psadmin' as it appears that is incorrect.

Thanks fanatic. The file name is correct. Any other suggestions?? I do see that my webpage URL change to maassdop.pestashop.com......... when I get the error message. Might this have something to do with it?

What version of PS are you running?

 

Yes, I should have also noted the url is redirecting to a subdomain. fanatic as opposed to expert...maybe someday...

I cannot remember the exact number but I know it is not the latest version and it said stable version(reccomended). I will try to find the number.

I think the version was prestashop_1.4.8.3.
