Can I run two shops works just like dell.com & dell.fr in one installation?

what the two site share:
1: inventory
2: product attributes
for example, when I add a product with attributes color: red
it will appear inside its proudct information:
color:red in dell.com and
couleur:rouge in dell.fr
Sure I would have set it up properly before that.
3: SKU

what the two site different:
1: language
2: payment method/payment gateway
3: price/currency


Can I run like this?
