authentication page not reload to next when register

Hello i have problem when register in my site ... the authentication page not reload to next page

and i was tired to fix that i want help

when you register on my site you can see the error

 

the page not reload to next it send me error and not send email

 

please help me

Just too many things going there for anything to work right.

 

You are loading nearly 100MB of backgrounds images with that constantly changing background. There is no chance anyone who is not on a fiber-optic internet connection will be able to browse your site. Less is more, move all the eye candy. One background image is fine.
